GETCHMAN, ROBERT C., Suddenly in Dhuba, Saudi Arabia, Friday, March 6, 1998, beloved husband of Ann Getchman (nee Mieger), dear father of Jennifer and Rob Getchman, dear son of Helen (nee Komos) and the late William Getchman, dear brother of Jeri Wells, Marilyn Thompson, Bill and Tom Getchman, dear brother-in-law of Terry Wells, Don Thompson, Jean and Karen Getchman, Tom (Carol) Mieger and Al (Carol) Mieger, dear son in-law of Helen Herman, lifelong friend of Bob Hasenmueller, our dear uncle, great-uncle, nephew, cousin and friend. We all share our own special Bob stories. He was a Free Spirit, who loved his family and friends. He touched each and everyone in his own special way. We will always remember him by his unusual gifts, love of music, computer addiction and his passion for a good time, everything with Bob was always an adventure. To Captain Fun, we raise the roof. Henry T. Komos Komos, Henry T. Hank Peacefully passed away Saturday, May 15, 2010. Beloved husband for 50 years to Patricia (nee Chandler); dear father of Kimberly (David) Bosch, Dorothy (Dr. David) Kersting and Hank (Holly) Komos; grandfather of David, Rebecca and Amanda Bosch, Katie Kersting and Justin Komos; brother of John (Bev) Komos, Walter (Loria) Komos and the late brother Joseph (Mary Ellen) Komos; uncle, brother-inlaw, cousin and friend to many. He was preceded in death by his parents John and Gertrude (nee Bielicki) (Komosinski) Komos. See photos Hank will be lovingly remembered as a caring person who loved to follow his grandchildren's activities. Retired from Southwestern Bell Telephone Company with 42 years of service. Hank's wishes were to donate his body to Logan College of Chiropractic.
