The loser of all losers! You could call this man the Barry Horowitz of the SIW.

And untill the end of 2000 he had 0 wins and an uncountable number of losses. But he got a pin on the sometimes even worse Sherman Tasker.

But throughout the years Scat and Tony "18" Marquez became best friends. They are the clowns of the SIW, and I guarantee a laugh when you see these two in action.

Scatman comes out in the craziest outfits, usually wearing a tie around his forehead, and a bath robe under a "Scatman 13:11" T-shirt.

He prides himself at being the 'Scatinental Champion', which you have to lose a match to get that belt. But since he actually pinned Sherman Tasker, and Sherman hasn't won a match, Scatman can't get his title back. Tasker keeps on dodging the Scatman.
