Touchstone.


While exploring the planet Madrona, SG1 meet princess La Moor, she shows them the device called a Touchstone, that controls their climate.
A group posing as the SG-1 team steals the Touchstone, the inhabitants will all perish without the weather controller.

The SG-1 team discover that the second Stargate on Earth, which had been decommissioned, has been reactivated by higher civilian orders, and they, have stolen the Touchstone. General Hammond discovers the second Stargate. And the SG 1 team are determined to find the Touchstone before all the people of Madrona perish.
