In early spring of 1998, Derek Jeter's first shoe was introduced... the Jeter Mid, from Fila. Below is a picture of it. Derek got to design it along with the designers from Fila. Although it isn't the exact shoe Derek wears on the field, he wore Fila until his contract ended.
