4 oz blue cheese
Crumble the blue cheese, set aside about 1/3 of the crumbles, blend the rest with the cream cheese (use an electric mixer or processor). Slowly add the cream while mixing, then do the same with the mayonaise. If the dressing seems to thick, add more cream, one teaspoon at a time. Blend this mixture until smooth. Using a spoon, stir in the remaining crumbles of blue cheese. Chill for 30 min.
Tips : This is great on spinach salads, or serve it with celery sticks and hot wings.
