6 hard boiled eggs
Shell, rinse, and halve the eggs. put the yolks into a medium mixing bowl. Mash up the yolks, and add the remaining ingredients one at a time until each is blended in well. Fill the whites with the mixture and garnish with a sprinkle of paprika. Chill the eggs for 30 min and serve.
Tips : to make the eggs look fancy, use a pastry bag. If you don't have one, fill a zipper bag with the mixture and cut off one corner of the bag to pipe the mixture out. Other garnishes that work well are : capers, olive slices, pimientos, or rolled anchovies.
1 T prepared horseradish
1 T yellow mustard
1/4 t paprika
1/4 t pepper (using white pepper will look nicer)
1/4 t salt
4 oz cream cheese (softened)
1/2 c salad dressing (Miracle Whip, if mayonaise is used they will be bland)
