Thomas Fennell
was baptized on August 23, 1862, at Seafield,
in the Parish of Kilmurry-Ibrickane, Co. Clare, Ireland. His
baptismal sponsors were Bridget Mahon and James Brody. He married Bridget Foran on July 30, 1882, at Quilty, in the Parish of
Kilmurry-Ibrickane. Bridget was the daughter of James Foran and Honora
Shanahan. Thomas was a fisherman by trade and it is believed he
may have been an only child.

2-John Fennell, baptized March 30, 1885, in Quilty.

4-Michael John Fennell,
born in September 1889 in Quilty, died December 12, 1969, in Galway, Co.
Galway, Ireland.
5-Bridget Fennell, baptized March 30, 1892, at Tromora, in
the Parish of Kilmurry-Ibrickane.
6-John Fennell, baptized July 07, 1894, at Quilty.
Possibly died young.
7-Catherine
Fennell, baptized November 18,
1896, at Seafield. She married Thomas Cunneen (he born 1892 in Quilty and
died 1950 in England). Catherine and died in Quilty on May 4, 1982.
8-Thomas Fennell, baptized July 05, 1899, at Quilty,
sponsored by
Bridget McInerney.
9-John Fennell, baptized March 13, 1902, at Quilty, died
April 11, 1983, at Quilty, married Margaret/Mary Kelleher (she born abt. 1905,
died on May 4, 1982, at the age of 85). Both are buried in the
cemetery at Quilty. The couple had the following children: 1-Thomas
Fennell, who died July 24, 1986, at 66 years of age. He is also
