Ring bell three times, then take your wand and visualize a beam of light emanating from the tip and hitting the ground at the radius of the circle you require walk the circle or mearly turn in place unto it is complete. See the circle drawn in blue flame, as you draw say:

"This circle is cast to protect me from those energies and forces on any level that would seek to do me harm. I draw those energies and forces that are right for me and most correct for my work."

Place hand on rocks.

"I call the forces of stability, foundation and prosperity. the spirits of North and earth, come be welcome in this sacred right."

Pick up feather.

"I call the forces of freshness, thought and movement. The spirits of East and air, come be welcome in this sacred right."

Light the candle and hold hand above it.

"I call the forces of transformation, love and passion. The spirits of the South and fire, come be welcome in this scarred right."

Place hand lightly in the water.

"I call the forces of love, purification and healing. The spirits of West and water, come be welcome in this sacred right."

Face each corner and draw an invoking pentacle.

" (North) from the soil; from the stone (East) from the wind swept sky (South) from the flaming power cone (West) from the waters sigh"

Hold hands over the alter, palms down

"I now call the blended force of elemental power; come here from your primal source; be here in this hour!"

The circle is now cast, now invoke the Goddess and the God.

"Gracious Goddess You who are queen of the Gods The lamp of night The creator f all that is wild and free; Mother of woman and man Lover of the Horned God and Protactress of all the Wiccan' Descend I pray, With your lunar ray of power Upon my circle here!"

"Blazing God, You who are the king of the Gods Master of all that is wild and free; Father of woman and man Lover of the moon Goddess and Protector of all the Wiccan; Descend I pray With your solar ray of power Upon my circle here!"
