This page is for the inspiration of our NEW GENERATION....those who will turn our 'Poor Bangla' into a SHAPNAPURI (Dream-land). Introduction My failure in 1971 is my inspiration..... I could not become a freedom fighter in our great liberation war of independence in 1971 (26th March to 16th December). In August 1971, at age 11, I went to "Madhupur Freedom fighters' recruitment centre" (sector 7) at Balurghat of West Dinajpur, India. The camp authority told me to wait to be at least 13/14 years old to become fit for recruitment as a freedom fighter. I didn't give it up. I stayed in that Madhupur village in a farmer's house beside that camp. Always I used to sit beside the Guerilla groups' training & briefing classes. I learned almost everything. One day I told the instructor, Sir, I can dismantle an LMG into 5 pieces and hide in my body, then wrap with a 'sheet' within 20 secs! He took me on his shoulder and loudly said - Look! this is our JOY BANGLA!!! (victory of Bengal!!!) 16th December 1971, the victory day, when our new country Bangladesh became free from the occupation force (Pakistani Army), is the saddest day of my life; cause my long cherished desire of becoming a freedom fighter ended. What I learned in that CAMP : 1. Personal safety 2. Use of hand-grenade 3. Use of Pistol, Revolver, 303 Rifle, Russian Rifle, Sten-gun, Chinese Rifle, Light Machine gun, Rocket launcher etc 4. Fitting of Dynamite and detonation 5. Techniques of guerilla attack. 6. Care and maintenance of arms. 7. First aid Anyway as I could not serve the country with 'arms or blood' in 1971 so I am dedicating myself through my 'works' for our beloving country ; GOLDEN BENGAL. Amader desh, amader bhasha, amader utsho - eshobi amader mul shikor ; amader porichoy. Ei deshke khub bhalobashi - bishash kori - ekdin amader deshtao 'shapnopuri' hobe - hoyto ami ba amra thakbo na. CHIRONJIB BANGLADESH!! (Long live Bangladesh!!)

It was 13th May 1982. My mother saw her first in her birthday party. Then we met on 15th may and decided to be ONE! On 16th May, we exchanged our RINGS. There you are Shiny as a morning star. And here I am Loving you more and more. We have got an open door My love. Oh! Let it be just a state of mind And suddenely you appear!! On 1st October 1982 we became ONE in reality. Then a long 15 years have elapsed with joy and fun. It seems only 15 days. We had our SHANGSHAR on-board ships, till 1993, at the blue oceans and so we grew up with the fun-loving dolphins, flying fishes and the dangers of stormy and rough sea too! Adhunik jajabor jibon! We travelled country to country by ships, as many as 60. We have been blessed with 2 kids during our ocean-life and 1 more afterwards. She used to stay at home and myself at oceans. ...miles and miles empty space in between us, telephone can't take the place of your smile. ....but you know I won't be travelling, a life time.... So it was almost an everlasting unbearable longing on both of us. Our Shanshar Shangeet as follows with the rhythm of our 'Biroher Din' : Cholo Gaankhani geye jai Aar gaane gaane bole jai E jibon aar kichu noy Shudhu tomar amar porichoy.
