Mizuno Ami is often underestimated for being smart. People say she's a goody-goody or a weak Senshi. Well, I'm sick of hearing it, and I'd like to convince you with this profile about her why she isn't any of those horrible things people say. So please, read on, and anything that's wrong, boring etc., you direct at me. Arigato!

Meet Mizuno Ami, 'a walking reference book' as Usagi might put it. It's very true that Ami is smart, with an IQ of 300 (in the manga), who wouldn't be? You'd think of her as a nerd, but she isn't, in fact, she's one of the sweetest, kindest people you could ever meet. If you like horoscopes, Ami's sign is Virgo.

Ami is very sensitive. In the anime, when she transferred to Usagi's school, she was often ridiculed or called a nerd or cheater. Ami would cry, and appears sometimes to have low self-esteem. But Ami-chan still loves reading, and there's no subject that she hates, but her favorite is mathematics.

A graceful, pretty girl, Ami is good at ballroom dancing. She likes sweaters and skirts when she is dressing, and her favorite color is blue. On the moon before she was reborn on Earth, the manga shows her lover has Zoicite, who worked for an evil Queen. Ami-chan is very unique, she's the only Senshi with her own mini-movie, which shows her nervousness towards love letters.

Many people wonder where Ami's love life is. Well, Ami had a boyfriend named Ryo Urawa, or Greg in the NA version of Sailormoon. She also had a crush on Kou Taiki in BSSM Sailor Stars. Ami-chan has stated that her ideal man would be in famed scientist, Albert Einstein. She had competition in her movie, a student by the name Mercurius, who she became interested in but never knew about. (Mercurius was Umino's friend and looked like him as well)

Ami isn't selfish at all. She is the brilliant strategist of the Inner Senshi, and always carefully analyzes situations she is in. Also, Ami thinks before she acts, and can always find the best way out. She is also very polite, and enjoys swimming, which helps her unwind. While studying Ami eats her favorite food, sandwiches.
