Chicken Broth - 1 can
Egg - 1
Corn Starch - 2 tsp.
Salt, Pepper - to taste
Corn Kernels - 1/2 cup
Chicken - 1/2 cup shredded

Pour the chicken broth into a sauce pan let it boil. As it begins to boil, add the corn starch mixed with 1/2 cup of water. Let it boil for 2 minutes. Add the corn and chicken and let boil further for 2 minutes. Beat the egg and pour it into the mix while stirring with a fork. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve while hot!! Enjoy your Sweet Corn Chicken Soup before a meal.
