Throughout 1999 I will be considering books for placement on this page. If your romance novel will be published sometime during 1999, you are welcome to send it to me. It can belong to any subgenre, but it must be available - for the first time - in 1999. I suggest reading the four books I have placed on the Best of 1998 page for an idea of what I think is outstanding. I'm also looking for suggestions from readers.
