My Apologies

My Apologies

My deepest apologies go out to those whom I've ever hurt, and especially those I've hurt recently, whose pain and disappointment may be fresh in their minds, and in mine. First and foremost, Gav, I apologize to you for all the frustration and hurt I put you through. I love you, and will always pray for you.

Melanie, I apologize for the gross disappointment and worry I've caused you over the last few years. Thank you for having faith in me, and for your amazing patience. Thank you for your prayer support as well.

Mom, I apologize for taking you for granted and for not helping out around the house as much as I should. Thank you for your generous and unconditional love and affection -- I will always need that!

Dad, I apologize for taking you for granted and for not spending enough time with you since I moved out. Thank you for your unstoppable concern and generosity.

Keir, I apologize for taking you for granted and for not making more of an effort to get together with you. Thank you for being the best brother a girl could ever wish for!

Alan, I apologize for letting our friendship slide to the back burner lately. Thank you for being so patient with me. I think of you often.

Josh, I apologize for the way I conducted myself while you lived in Calgary, and for the way I treated you. Thank you for being such an awesome friend to me even now.

Kris, I apologize for the despicable thing I did to you, as well as for taking you for granted. You deserve much better, and I'm glad to hear that you seem to have found it. Thank you for your wisdom and your forgiveness.

Robi, I apologize for leading you on (this is starting to sound like an Alanis song). I treated you like dirt, and regret it to this day. Wherever you are, please forgive me.

Trina, I apologize for taking you for granted and for being so confusing and unreliable. Thank you for your unconditional loyalty and love. You are truly a great friend.

Debbie, I apologize for ditching you after your wedding. Now it's been so long that I don't know if I would make it worse by calling you. I hope you are having the time of your life.

Candace, I apologize for ditching you. I apologize on behalf of the others, too. We saw you hurting, but took it the wrong way. We shouldn't have let you slip away.

THERE ARE MANY OTHERS...I WILL ADD AND REVISE THIS PERIODICALLY, AS I REMEMBER PEOPLE IN MY LIFE...
