HA VIKTORY

HA Viktory is a 12 yr old Russian rescue Arabian. Viktory was a stud at HA farm til he was 9yrs and has sired 3 beautiful fillies by the names of HA Russian Ruby, Dona Caridad, and Autumn Allegro. Viktory was gelded and threw out to pasture to starve. When he was rescue he was thin and would flinch and fling his head away whenever someone moved their hand on his right side. We adopted Viktory from a rescue 3 years ago. Since then much has changed. When we first got Viktory he didn't not want to respect people he would jump on top of you and even drag you, manners was just something he did not possess. He was pushy and very nippy deciding that he liked it better when he was at the rescue turned out in a pasture all day and not having to work. He was full of mud because hardly anyone could get near him to brush him without him turning around or nipping. It was very hard to get him to move out of your space and lunging was damn near impossible he would turn and stand ontop of you or rear up. Not to hurt you he was just trying to scare you into not working him. It took months to get him to lunge where he would go out willingly no fuss. He has not been ridden yet and we are still working out it. He is starting to accept the saddle as not a scary thing. He now respects your space and does not drag you but walks calmly along with you. While he still thinks he is a stud around the mares he minds his manners and really tries hard to please! He really wants to please people and tries hard to understand what you want.
God has really blessed me with such a wonderful horse. The happiness he has given me it would have been such a waste for him to have gone to slaughter. He truly brings happiness to anyone who meets him. Thank you Viktory for coming in my life. I love you and so does Charm. I know Viktory misses having her here.
