Dear Mr. Nobili:

I represent Mr. Charles LeConche as his private counsel. I have been advised that at a recent District Council meeting you used obscene and potentially defamatory language towards my client in the presence of many others, including counsel for Local 230. 1 am further informed that during this outburst, you were observed pounding the conference table with your fist in a  hostile manner This conduct attributable to you was extremely upsetting to my client who  sought medical treatment following this incident.

In view of your behavior, my client advises me that he is in fear of future assaultive behavior  on your part against him and fears being in your presence at future Council meetings,

On behalf of Mr. LeConche, I am hereby requesting that you cease and desist from any additional assaultive, menacing and potentially tortious behavior towards my client, lf  additional matters are brought to my attention by Mr. LeConche, I will proceed accordingly.
