| I have been involved in various matters but wish to respond to your correspondence of January 15,1999. In said correspondence you refer to Mr. LeConche as despotic, vindictive, tyrannical and, lastly, as a hypochondriac. | |
| The degree of vitriol and hyperbole in your letter is counterproductive and only serves to further strain relations between yourself and my client. I must forewarn you that any additional undertakings on your part to libel, slander or inflict emotional distress upon iny Client shall be dealt with in a swift manner. | |
| It is my opinion that the agenda of your Local should not be to denigrate and attack Mr. LeConche.I intend to follow this situation carefully and will do whatever is necessary to protect my client. | |
