Here in the faery garden you may see anything,but one thing we don't have is a canary.We here at the homestead have heard that Silvanon has a few up for adoption.
Ah,to hear the magickal singing of a small canary here would be most enlightening to the residents.You see to us any bird has the power of air.Quick intelligent minds,the ability to know and understand, and telepathic powers equal to no other creature here.But most important,any creature that rules the air has the ability to sing in the dawn of each new day,setting the rhythm of that day for one and all.
So,Lady Darkmoon applied for adoption of one of these amazing little creatures and now we wait to see the outcome.
If we are allowed to adopt,a male would be named Fennel.Or if it is a female,we will name her Camomile.
Well we received a precious canary egg,I wonder if it will be a he or she.One things for sure,I can already hear the beautiful voice singing in the new day.
Here it is safe and warm.
The small nest the egg was nestled safely in,gave a tiny little tremor.Twinkle hurried to send the message to Lady Darkmoon that something was happening with the canary egg.Just as Lady Darkmoon arrived,a small crack appeared in the shell and a tiny beak was seen.Suddenly,the egg cracked wide and out popped a small pink canary baby.She was warbling crystal clear notes of a song that tickled the memory but could not be named.... yet was very soothing to all within hearing.Please meet on our little canary Camomile,fresh out of the egg.
Our little hatchling has grown to a fledgling and her singing gets better everyday.
Our Diva,Camomile,has grown to adulthood and the crystal clear notes she sings are like silk.
