Oz (Seth Green) is a short, very cute senior at Sunnydale
High School. He plays guitar for a band called, Dingoes Ate My Baby.
Practicing with his band and watching them live in the life of groupies, he claims he’s living groupie free these days. Constantly changing the color of his hair.
He lives a laid back life of no stress and causal moments of
insights. (In my experience, that’s how most guitar players are.
There’s more going on in their heads then they really convey to
their exterior.)
He first noticed Willow in The Inca Mummy Girl episode
(and that’s where we first meet him). He was left in total awe by
her cute innocence. Always left wondering who she was. "Who is that
girl?" he sighs.
Finally meeting each other and completely clicking together. He
would always compliment her. "You have the sweetest smile!" Oz is
totally the boy of Willow’s dreams. They started dating then going
out.
At Buffy’s surprise party, he found out about Buffy’s
secret after Buffy was thrown through a Bronze window and staking
a vampire. "Did everyone see that guy turn to dust?" Xander
explained to him, Willow made sure he was ok, but he just states,
"Actually, that explains a lot." He must have been fully aware of
his weird surroundings in Sunnydale.
In later eps. we find out that Oz is a werewolf too. His little
cousin bit him and he finds out, after two WILD nights, that
his cousin and uncle and aunt are really werewolves. That's how
he becomes one too. Oz figures out he's going to chain himself
up every full moon and Willow still shows him that she's loves
him.
Oz is adorable and interesting. A caring, observant,
laid-back guy. With his cute little insights and ideas, plus
his adorable love for Willow, he is a great new addition to the
"Undead Play Group". Willow and Oz are the cutest couple on
television. Nothing better happen to ruin their cute relationship,
or I’ll have some heck to raise.
