"Mama" Rowlf is a big scary German shepherd reploid who tends to MHHQ's hunting dogs. She doesn't like anyone who isn't human (in her words, a "Domesticator") and quite frankly, nobody likes her either. She claims that the dogs, which actually belong to Cain, are hers. She's always in a godawful mood, most likely because the reject Hunters are the ones that're sent to help her out in the kennels.
