Now that we have formed our sacred space. Began meditating and have cast our dedication circle. Let us look at a few more aspects of working with the spiritual energy.
One is clothing.
In the craft their are several types of ways people can be dressed to enter the circle. In all cases this is a mater of personal choice. Their are a few different schools of though.
Skyclad- is one tradition that I feel is very personal and a group should not practice Skyclad if anyone is uncomfortable with it. I have been in some circles that were Skyclad and after I got over the fact that everyone was nude it was a very spiritual circle. Were sex was not an issue. Because of the way many in the world view nudity. DO NOT DO A SKYCLAD CIRCLE WITH ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18
If you are under 18 do not do a Skyclad circle. It is for the Adults. I know that seems condescending. It is just in this country their are legal matters which must be adhered to even when practicing our craft. because of this minors and Skyclad circles are a defiant NO NO
Ceremonial robes-
Many like to have ceremonial robes. These are robes that have been decorated and dedicated by the user in order to symbolize their spiritual and magical life. Hey are only worn for their work in the circle This is again a matter of choice.
Historical Costumes- there will were historical costumes to enhance a link with the old practitioners of the past.
Clothing- were still some just buy one outfit that they do their magical work in. and others do not make the distinction..
All in all what you were when practicing Wicca is solely up to you. It is what you feel comfortable with. And in while practicing the spiritual side of our art
Magical Names
We have got your tools, your dress and your sacred space put together. Now it is time to come up with your magical name. A magical name is used to distinguish your self in the spirit world. It is a name you use with other members of the craft. when you did your introduction to the watchtowers many of you used my magical name. Which is not Simone, Simone is my pen name and handle Kyiare is my Magical Name. Which is pronounced Khi-Yah-Ree
A magical name is used to distinguish us in the craft but it is also a name of power. It is found by using numerology and instinct, and your own personal taste.
1st make a list of the names you would want to use as your magical names. 2nd find the numerology for your birthday.
If your birthday is November 13 1968 you would write it as 1+1+1+3+1+9+6+8 then you would add it together 1+1=2,+1=3,+3=6,+1=7,+9=16,+6=22,+8=30. Because 30 the end number is a double digit you would write it 3+0 add it together and get 3 as the numerical vibration of your birthday.
3ed find the numerology for the name you chose. This is done by Equating all the letter of the alphabet with the numbers 1-9

Suppose you chose the name Diana for your magical name. You would look up the letters of the name to find the numbers. D=4, I=9 ,A=1,N=5, A=1. You would then write the numbers 4+9+1+1+1 and then Add them together 4=9=13,+1=14,+5=19,+1=20. You would write the 20 as 2+0 Ad and get 2
2 dose not equal the 3 of the above birthday and you really want to use the name so what do you do. Easy we are off by 1 so we either have to assign a letter that is a 1 or 2 letters that will add up to 10 to make the name total 30 .
if we choose just to add one letter we might want to add a j and spell Diana Djiana and keeping the J silent in it’s pronunciation. Or another a and spell it Dianaa. Or an s and spell it Dianas. I like the J.
by adding two letters that =10 we can use a 1,9 combo 2,8 combo 3,7; 4,6; or 5,5
for spellings like 1,9 =djiania 2.8=nothing to look good 3,7=dyianau 4,8=ddianio 5,5 -diannea
so alternate spellings of a name can give you your magical name that fits with the numerology of your birthday.
