My love affair with hockey began 3 years ago when, in a moment of whimsey I went to an Admirals game on a wild Halowe'en night with my friend Aleta. They gave out old style hockey masks that everybody had fun with during the game (they glow in the dark, too) and it was like going to a huge party!

But, the thing that lured me the most was the action...

I found myself drawn the the incredible pace and the sight of those big guys racing, rocketing, slamming and shooting. I found myself going to more games every year, watching it on TV, listening to Admirals away games on the radio, wanting to learn about the game.

Enthralled by the speed, I began to wonder what these guys were like off the ice.... So I started to go to parties to meet the players
