Here is what you will need: 3 eggs beaten untill foamy 1/4 cup margerine (melted) 2 cups cream style cottage cheese 1/2 envelope onion soup mix (not the individual serving size) 3 cups Kelloggs Special K cereal 8 oz shredded American or Cheddar Cheese In a large bowl, add all ingredients and stir until well combined. Spread mixure evenly in a greased 8X8X2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set. Let stand several minutes before cutting into serving size portions. This can be served as a main dish with vegetables and a salad for a complete meal. This will provide aproximately 6 average size servings.
