hi guy's. yesterday I made apple juice jelly and it actually seemed to turn out pretty well. I thought it was a teeny bit to
       sweet, but other than that it's not half bad.

       here's the recipe I used
       Apple Juice Jelly- 6 half-pints
       4 c. unsweetened apple juice
       1/4c. lemon juice
       1 1-3/4 oz. pkg. powdered fruit pectin
       4-1/2 c. sugar
       pour aplle juice and lemon juice in 8-10 qt. kettle. sprinkle w/ pectin. Let stand 1-2 min. stir to dissolve. Bring to fulll
       rolling boil over med. high heat, stir frequently . Stir in sugar. REturn to full rolling boil. stir often. boil hard for 1 min.
       stirring const. REmove from heat, quickly skim off foam w/ metal spoon. Ladle into hot,sterilized 1/2 pint, leaving 1/4
       in. headspace. adjust lids. process in boiling water bath for 5 min.

       I don't remember where the recipe came from and I only got 4-1/2 jars. Sorry for such a long post.
