8 lbs apples

2 cups of apple cider

2-1/4 cups white sugar

2-1/4 cups packed brown sugar

2 tbsp ground cinnamon

1 tbsp ground cloves

1 store-bought can of cranberries

I added the apple cider and the above ingredients to already cored and peeled apples. I then let it cook all night on low. I have to tell you though, I did this recipe (without the crockpot) last year and the taste was great. BUT with the crockpot, the cloves and cinnamon were a little overpowering - so you may want to cut back.
