Here is a grape butter recipe from "Stocking up"

1 gallon grapes

4 tablespoon water

Put grapes in kettle with water. Heat and mash the grapes. Continue cooking as the mixture thickens, stirring frequently. When thicker, put through a fruit press and remove skins and seeds. Return to heat and cook until thick. If you want to sweeten your grape butter, add honey to taste, just before canning.

When thick, pack in hot jars, leaving 1/2 inch headspace. Ajust lids and process pints and quarts for 10 minutes in water-bath.

Happy canning!
