recipe from my Kerr canning book:
3 lbs. ground beef
3 cloves garlic finely cut
1 & 1/2 cups chopped onion
3 quarts canned tomatoes
3 tsp. salt
2 T. Italian seasoning Brown ground beef
onion and garlic
Put tomatoes through sieve. Add all ingredients and cook about 30 min. Ladle into Kerr jars to within 1 inch of top. Put on cap, screw band firmly tight. This recipe is for 6 pints. Processing time for pints is 75 min. Quarts for 90 min. at 10 lbs. pressure.
