Vegetable Soup

      I just made a large pot of vegetable soup and jarred 5 quarts of it. However, it has been almost two hours since I removed the jars from the pressure canner and they are still bubbling! Is this normal? Here are the ingredients and my method of canning. I'd appreciate someone's knowledgeable advice. Please email me at gnorcino@compaq.net.

      store bought canned tomatoes
      carrots
      potatoes
      celery
      dried parsley and basil
      store bought canned kidney beans
      store bought canned peas
      rice
      barley
      salt and pepper

      I cooked this for about an hour until everything was cooked. Placed in pressure canner and processed at around 12 lbs for 45 minutes.
