CHAPTER 10 
Tala Peeks up from behind the rock, careful to move slowly, and  
just gapes at what she sees. Lovely.                    
 She ducks back down, glancing to Entropy, and mumbles      
something into his thoughts.                                
 ~Remind me..if and when we get out of here..to thank you   
for a most enjoyable time.~  
Ganthet, freed from the time-freeze, is angry.  He'd trusted
Entropy, he'd been the one he'd felt closest to of the CFs.
To be betrayed by one he'd taken to be an honorable warrior,
cut from the same cloth.....it was infuriating.  He felt    
like smashing him head in, but...that would come later.  For
now, it was an issue of survival.  By resonating small      
harmonic pulses, he could comunicate in a fashing similar to
telepathy.  ~I have a plan,~ he sends.  ~Kyle, Tala...I need
you to generate physic static...keep it confused,           
disoriented...keep it from focusing.  Pyro: If you've got   
any explosive devices left use it.  Entropy...use that     
flame blast thing you do.  Then, I'll hit it with my    
harmonic disruption blast.  That should have some effect on 
it.~ 
~I'll do y'one better, bub.  I'll give it a double does o'  
psi power an' give ya a bigger openin'.  Tala, now!~  Kyle and
Tala emerge and hit it with a combined mind-blast, and Kyle 
hits it also with a TK burst, keeping it at bay and focusing
it at them.                                                 
~As powerful as telepaths are, maybe you could make yer move
sometime now, Ganthet.~  
Entropy looks to Ganthet.  "I certainly hope you're right!  
Mortuum!"  He cries, firing a black ray of energy at the    
Master Vile with his sword.  "Even so, I have a better      
idea!"  He suddenly flies up, hovering in midair without    
even being in beast form.  "Hey!  Ugly!"  He yells, swooping
down around the master vile to get its attention.  Three of 
the heads are preocupied with the other CFs, but two turn   
upwards, snapping at him with lethal jaws.  Reaching into   
his shirt yet again, Entropy pulls out a small device,      
pulling a pin and throwing it down the throat of one of the 
heads as it snaps at him.  Suddenly, the head vanishes in a 
contained pulse of energy.  "Null grenade."  Entropy says,  
smirking.  "Works every time!"  However, his celebration is 
short-lived, as the massive tail of the monster suddenly    
whips around, slamming into his back and knocking him up    
against a wall.  He lands, groaning, next to Tala.  "Oww..."
 He groans again, pulling two more null grenades from his   
shirt. "Take them, and make sure they swallow the grenades  
or you'll be dead before you know what happened."  He       
struggles to his feet, handing the grenades to Tala.        
Gripping his sword tightly, he points the black cutlass at  
the monster again.  "Mortuum!"  and another beam shoots at  
it.  One of the heads quickly moves towards them.  "Tala,   
now! Use the grenade!"
Pyro smiles, a perfect chance to try some of the arm's      
"sepcial" powers. "Krimson BLAST" The arm pulses with       
energy and a burst of red energy strikes the Master Vile, it     
finches momentarly.                                         
"Crud, I hope the others get here soon." He releases a      
second blast.  
Tala pulls the pin, and lobs it at the head, glad to see that the 
mosters catches it. It's head diappears as the other did,   
and she notices the other heading for Entropy. Moving       
quickly, she shoves him out the way, yelling at the Vile.   
 "Yo, over here!"                                           
The head follows her, and she waits. It's mouth is coming   
closer, growing wider..and she pulls the pin, and throws it 
into it's gaping jaws. However, this one tries to spit it   
back out, so she makes it's mouth snap shut with a focused  
thought. The tail lashes out again, and she stumbles back,  
and falls onto Entropy. 
"Alright!  All out action!  'Bout time."  Kyle flies up and 
begins whamming the beast with TK bursts.  He dodges a head.
"Oh, you did NOT just try t'eat me!"  He gives it a mega    
burst which sends it flying into Entropy and into a wall.   
"Alright!  Two birds with one stone, double traitor'r no.   
Crystal Fighters, let's take this thing out once an' fer    
all."  
"HARMONIC DISRUPTION!" yells Ganthet.  His crystal shines   
and he points his hands.  A wave of energy flies out,       
seeming to disrupt the air.  It hits the master vile,       
causing it to blur, and eventually fall to the ground.  The 
CFs then unite their energy blasts to blow the creature into
several million small pieces.  "That went....relitively     
well," rumbles Ganthet.  "Now...we should escape, let's     
leave our betrayer behind."  

CHAPTER 11
The group of five Razis, Rydia, Krakken, Rupay and Zealen   
finnally reach the trashed structure.                        
Krakken's eyes finnally open and he looks up at Razis.        
"Thank goodness your awake, you were getting heavy" Razis   
sets Krakken down. Thats when there hear the sounds of a    
battle and the horific screams of horrid beast.             
"Whats going on" Krakken asks.                              
"No time to explain just follow us" replies Razis.          
The five of them run down a stairwell following the sounds  
of battle.
Rydia guided Rupay as fast as she could behind Razis, and   
towards the sounds, +I hope everyone's all right..+ she     
thought as she ran.

Entropy shuts his eyes and sighs as he leans on his sword   
for support.  "You don't understand..." He groans as he gets
up.  "It's-" Before he can finish, the bits of the master   
vile suddenly form into a well-sized vile legion, all       
bearing weaponry made of their own matter.  Entropy rushes  
over to one of the walls, turning a small part of a rock.   
Suddenly, a huge boulder slides to the right, and a secret  
passage emerges from behind it.  "Through here, quickly!"   
The CFs sneer at him.  "Trust me!  There's no way we can    
fight our way out of this!"  Looking at each other for a    
decision, the CFs finally rush into the tunnel.  Before Tala
can get out, however, Entropy grabs her by the arm.         
  "Without the master Vile, this whole fortress will        
collapse.  Get out quickly, and remember me."  With that, he
kisses her deeply, and shoves her through, into the tunnel. 
The boulder rolls back into place behind her.  A few moments
later, a blinding light shoots out of the cracks between the
boulder and the chamber...A Phoenix's cry...the inhuman     
screams of vile...silence.  Suddenly, the whole foundation  
begins to shake.
Tala wasn't too sure if the others were still within the     
tunnel or not, so she carefully scrambles though it. Those  
screams were still ringing in her ears, and she wanted get  
as far from the building as she could.                      
 She moved to what she was reasonably sure was a safe spot, 
and looked around for everyone else.
"We'll never get outta here!" Pyro shouts.                  
"Oh, yes we will!"  Kyle erects a bubble around them and    
begins flying them all up.  Rocks bounce off and they're    
safe until they reach the light at the end of the tunnel,   
but preferably not in death

The screams of battle finally stoped. The five CFs that had 
just I arrived in Eikharus reached the bottom of the stairs   
only to find a dead end.                                   
"Dangit" said Zealen. "You want me to cut through it" he    
released his psi blades. Thats when the whole structure     
began to shake violantly.                                   
"Doesn't look like we are going to have time" says Razis. Part 
of the wall begins to crumble around them. "We need to get  
out of here fast, we need to fly, Rydia carry Rupay I will  
carry you Zealen. Go!!!"                                    
Rydia picks up Rupay and starts flying back up the stair    
way. Krakken brings the wind up around him to carry him     
after the Rydia and Rupay and Razis brings up there rear    
holding Zealen by the arms.                                 
Each second the structure seems to shake more vilently.     
"Come on move it!!!"                                        
Rydia shoots through the hole back into open air. Krakken  
sees the hole starting to collapse inward. He brings forth  
more air to force him inward and he shoots through as the   
hole collapses. Razis has to slam on the brakes when the   
hole collapses and becomes blocked. He and Zealen slam into 
the debri that has coverd the hole.                        
"Crap" says Zealen. Then the whole tunnled and stairway.     
collapses around them.     

CHAPTER 12
"DISSONANCE! Razis! Zealen! Oh no!!" Rydia exclaimed as  
she saw it cave in around them, then she floated Rupay      
slowly back down the the ground before she fell down.  "I..I
think they're still alive.. Rupay, do'you have any ideas?   
What can we do? We've got to help them!" Rydia said         
frantically.  
''No, Im not any good with healing or medicine.'' She said sadly. 
Zealen's Robotic Body begain lifting up rocks out of his    
way. "I've got more tricks up my sleeve." His body began to 
fold out to increase his body size already again. He lifts  
his hand and pulls out Nity from the rocks.

The CFs finally emerge, getting out of the secret tunnel
just before it caves in.  Outside, the other CFs await.     
   "What happened?" Zelda asks.                             
   "LONG story." Kyle replies.  Tala looks back at the      
ruins.  Suddenly, a small object hits her foot.  picking it 
up, it reads only this:

Tala Glances at what is written again, furrowing her brows in    
thought for a minute. She glances from the pendent to the   
ruins, then her gaze moves to the other's. She didn't speak 
up just yet, wanting to find out what the plan was. 
"Tala..what is that?" asks Maia.
 "Yeah, Tala, what's with that scorched and tarnished     
pendant that has soot on it?"  asks Krakken
Tala Walks over, showing what had landed beside her. It looked   
rather scorched, and sooty.                                 
 "There seems to be some writing on it..perhaps you know who
or what it is?" Tala shows it to them, holding it so she can see the words.       
                                                            
Blasdean Necronomicus Es Mortuum  

Zelda looked at the pendent and read the back..or     
tried to, "Hmm..I'm not completely sure, but..that sounds   
like something Entropy'd say..I have no idea what it means  
though...I think it might be umm..latin?" she looked at the 
others, "What do you guys think?" 
Tala frowns thoughfully, looking at "it" again, hard.        
 "You know what I think? It's been through something "BIG." 
Like..huge. You know what this could mean, right?
Nity lies limply on the ground but concious. "Let me see it"
Zelda hands the pendant to him. Nity graps the pendant and  
examines it. It looks like there is a picture engraved on it
but I cant tell, there is to much of this &%($ soot.        
Nity rubs his thumb across the pendants surface to try and  
get rid of the soot. Then the coin begins to shake.... 
Krakken  steps back "I have a bad feeling about this..."  
Zelda didn't even notice that the pendant was shaking,      
"Hey..isn't that the thing Entropy always has...but..why    
wouldn't he have it? You don't think...?" Tala said, not     
wanting to finish the question. She tried to mentally search
for Entropy, but she couldn't find anything..could've been  
because of the 'interference' but she couldn't be sure.

Ganthet had lost one of his arms in the rubble crash,  
but he'd be ok.  It'd grow back.  But Entropy...dead?  He  
wondered what to think.  He'd been their friend, their      
betrayer, and then he sacrificed himself for them.  "My     
harmonic probe reveals nothing," he says,...slightly sad. 
Nity rests up against some rubble. "So what we do about 
finding Entropy" Nity asks.                                  
Kyle looks back sternly at him.                             
"Come on you used to be a lot better at leading us" Nity    
says "or was that someone else" Nity looks confused but then
shakes the thought away.                                    
Kyle glares at Nity again +They still have the memory of the dorky
little weakling, UA at the back of there minds+ Thinks Kyle 
+I am going to have to do something about that if the number
of these occurances escalate+. 
"There is nothing left to do here" says Kyle.               
"What about Entropy" asks Tala.                             
"He couldnt have survived it plus he is are enemy now, he   
deserves to die"                                            
"No we cant just leave him" Zelda says.                     
"Yes we can" Kyle ports them back to Crystallia.
 "Okay, then.  Let's go."  The CFs slowly walk       
through the teleportal.  Half of them desperately wanted to 
turn back, to look for Entropy.  The other half realized    
that it was hopeless; Entropy was gone forever.  The portal 
closed, beginning the CFs' journey home.                    
    A small, white, eagle feather slowly blew in the wind,  
fell to the ground, and settled down, waiting for the next  
breeze. 
As usual Zelda couldnt hold back her tears and Nity tried  
to comfort her. Tala placed the pendant around her neck as a
remembrance of Entropy's sacrifice, it had finnally stopped 
shakeing.                                                   
Pyro was still mad that he wasnt the one that got to kill   
Entropy.                                                    
Maia didnt show her feelings on her face she just remained  
silent as usual in her shy little way.                      
Zealen walked off to do some repairs on his suite.          
Krakken was upset that they wernt looking for Entropy.      
Kisutsu sat down next to Maia he wasnt sure how to react to 
this new death.                                             
Rupay helped Nity comfort Zelda.                            
Kyle could care less as long as he got away okay.           
And Ganthet still felt betrayed by Entropy who he had       
considerd his best friend since comeing to the CFs but he   
was glad that in the end Entropy had died as a true warrior 
and hero saving there lives.

Zealen's past will be revealed but it may cause the end of the
 Crystal Fighter's lives in "Ripped Worlds" the next adventure of
The Crystal Fighters Saga.
