Crystal in the Sky

PROLOUGE

JUSTAR
While Nity isn't training with Sentinei he watches the Mystic Pool.
The Mystic Pool allows you to see any event that is happening around the Universes.
The pool turns into a picture showing you what you want to see.
Nity is alwys watching the Crystal Fighters. He had just watched them save the villagers about an hour ago. It was a joyful site. But this new one wasnt. Nity watched in horror as Anakin was
struck down by debri from a meteor in space.
Nity quickly finds Sentinei who teleports Anakin to Justar.
Sentinei uses some healing magic on Anakin and then lets him rest.
"Is he going to be ok" asks Nity.
"Yes he will recover" replies Sentinei "but as for the rest of the Crystal Fighters I dont know because that meteor debri is from a giant meteor heading for Crystillia. The meteor can destroy everything and its being followed by a very powerful object that might be the only thing that can save Crystillia."

CHAPTER 1
"Hey, what does this button do?" asks Coda.
"Don't touch--" UA trys to grab Coda's hand. Too late. The panel explodes in Coda's
face, leaving him puffing smoke. "That's the circuitry
interface cut off, only used when there's a virus in the
system."
"Ah. So, let me guess...when there's no virus, it, I don't
know--blows up?"
"Yeah. Something like that. So, Zelda, what do you think?"
"Well, it's--different." replies Zelda.
"I know, it's more high tech than a castle, but I felt it
was necessary, and I had the materials in the crystal
dimension--"
"Yeah, about this 'crystal dimesion'--" Coda says.
"You wanna see it?" They both nod. UA opens the portal and
they step in. They find a world of multiple, shifting,
pastel colors and different walls and floors made of a
crystal-like substance. Assorted objects float by.
"This is it. When I got my symbiote, it gave me the
knowledge of this place. Unlike teleporting to other
dimensions, this exists in every dimension so it's like
teleporting to another place." explains UA.
"Cool. What's this?" Coda grabs a floating object that
resembles a fancy, small gun.
"Ah, my original gas gun. That was my first weapon in my
super hero game. They take a trek around the museum of
Ultra Avenger.

Meanwhile, a firey object flies towards Crystillia. An
asteroid hits it and it splits into two. Both huge, massive
objects, flaming. Burning. On a direct collision course
and nothing can stop them--

Zelda looks around, "It's beautiful..." then sighs as she
remembers that Nity is no longer able to share it with them
and that Eme has so many responsibilities that she might
never get a chance to take a break and visit this crystal dimension.
UA this is great, and I thought I had alot of powers
and toys but man you got me beat." Coda says spinning around
looking at the room.
"I think somethings wrong in Crystillia" Zelda said
looking to Coda and UA almost nervously then she shook her head,
"Oy! I just don't know."
"Then we better get back" says UA and he teleports them back to the Castle.
They leave the dimension and enter the tower. UA hits the
unit alert button, and they head outside to enjoy the
beautiful day, seeing as there's no trouble. Yet.
UA looks up into the clear, blue sky, squinting in the
sunlight. Something is wrong. Big time. He turns to Zelda
and Coda, who are playing with BOTC.
"Something's up."
"What?" asks Coda.
"Listen." They do.
"I don't hear anything." Zelda says.
"Right. A beautiful day like this, and no birds?" replies UA.
"Vile?" asks Zelda.
"No, there are no birds--anywhere. It's like all the
animals are--gone."
Zelda looked around, "It's so silent...weird..Why would all
the birds just leave like that? Something must be wrong, but
what? What would birds notice, but we wouldn't?" Zelda asked
herself and the others.
"BOTC were did all your friends go?
Coda asks the giant eagle.
"Animals have a way, a SIXTH SENSE if you will, of detecting
when something bad's gonna happen. It takes something big,
like a volcano or an earthquake. But, according to my soil
samples, this continent shouldn't have volcanic activity or
fault lines." UA tells them.
"Then, what could it be?" Coda asks. UA looks up. So do
they. It takes a while, but they get his meaning.

In the control room, after 'porting a scanner into the upper
atmosphere, UA types on the keyboard and looks at the
monitor. An image comes up. The blackness of space, a
planet which would be Mercury on his world, and two large,
flaming chunks heading directly for Crystillia.
"What are those?" Zelda asks.
"Two giant meteors on adirect collision course for
Crystalia." answers UA.
"Can they do a lot of harm?" The computer shows a digital
image of the aftermath.
"They will hit the planet on two spots. One in the ocean
causing mass waves, and the other on our continent that will
cause a dust cloud to form inside the atmosphere, killing
all life slowly."
Silence.
"How long do we have?" Coda asks.
"I estimate...given speed, mass, distance and orbit...three
to four hours at best. Give or take three hours."

CHAPTER 2
"Tsumanis and dust...I think we may be in a bit of
trouble..not to mention the Crystilians..." Zelda said
looking hard at the screen, "Is there anyway to stop it? Or
at least evacuate?" she asks.
"Oh, sure. And maybe we can teach fish to breathe on land!
Zelda, Crystillia is what we call "Earth" in my world.
Exactly the same thing. I'm guessing there isn't enough air
on those planets for a geranium, and they live on carbon
dioxide!" UA checks the screen.
"These readings seem awfully familiar. Now's not the time.
We need to go see Eme, PRONTO!" UA says.

"There are billions of lives in Crystillia" says Eme "theres no way I could evacuate them"
The Crystal Fighters sit in the thrown room disscussing this new situation that has arose.
"Allright, well, I'm not the scientist here so I wouldn't
know the composition of all the surrounding planets and
whatnot, but if we can't evacuate or anything what ~can~ we
do?" Zelda asks looking to UA.
"UA does it look like we have a chance?" Coda asks.
UA remarks "I don't know yet but give me a little time
and I'll let you know?"
"Good I was hoping you say that." says Coda "because you only
have a little time!"

UA watches the screen back in his lab.
"I'll study these readings, you guys go and help Eme comfort the Crystillians". UA
tells the other two.

The comet attracts some more attention than just the Crystal
Fighters. UA looks through the telescope at the Vile lab.
"Hmmm. Something awfully strange about that meteor.
Something familiar. Something--I HATE!" yells UA.

JUSTAR
Nity walked over to a small room where Anakin was laying.
Anakin seemed to be recovering.
Nity walked out of the room and found Sentinei.
"I am ready for the final test" said Nity "I need to get
back to Crystallia to help my friends".
"Very well lets begin" says Sentinei

Zelda paced back and forth and spoke softly, almost to
herself, "Hugh population and not really any place to
evacuate too...there ~must~ be a way! There ~has~ to be!! If
we can't seem to move the people...what about the planet?
No, of course not! How could we move a entire ~planet~?!"

While they talk with Eme, Coda looks out a
throne room window briefly, but long enough to see the jet
head off into the upper atmosphere.
"Um, did UA mention he was going somehwere?"

"Computer, grid mode." UA says. The windshield suddenly forms green
and clear grids. "Map up the meteor's trajectory." A green
blip forms on the map, then another blip appears. One
represents the planet, the other the comet. A red blip
appears. That's the jet. UA flies to the direction of the
meteor. He reaches to the side and uses two fingers to up
the throttle. He speeds off towards the meteor.

CHAPTER 3

VILE LAIR
UA looks through the telescope and sees the jet.
"Well, well. Isn't my good little self a coward...or is
he?" UA asks himself.

DEEP SPACE
UA hangs from the jet over the meteor. The smaller one.
The jet follows in close pursuit. UA takes a deep breath in
his air mask, then moves in. He reaches out. He quickly
draws it back.
HMMM, SUB-ZERO TEMPERATURE, he thinks. TYPICAL FOR
SOMETHING IN SPACE. BUT IT'LL GET MUCH HOTTER WHEN IT
ENTERS THE ATMOSPHERE OF CRYSTALIA. He thinks for a moment,
then takes out a bubble like object from his belt. He wraps
it around his hand and morphs it into fire. He reaches for
the meteor and his flame head melts through without damaging
the bubble. He touches the meteor and melts away the ice
and space dust. A shiny object glows in the sunlight and UA
smiles.
"I KNEW IT! I love being right!" UA says to himself.

Zelda, Coda and Eme look up as they hear the roar of the
engines of the jet. Zelda and Coda run out. They see the
meteor in tow behind the jet. UA hops out and heads over to
the meteor.
"Do you know what this is? Huh? Do you?" asks UA.
"Ummmmmm a hunk of space rock?" answers Coda.
"Wrong! This is the M'krann crystal from the Marvels
dimension!" he rubs the space dust off. It's a huge chunk
of crystal. "This is this dimension's M'krann. It has
immense power!" UA tells them.
"It's--it's the REGAL CRYSTAL! One of the two most powerful
crystals--and the biggest--in the universe!" Zelda says.
"Reagal, M'krann--potato, pototo we're still gonna die!"
Coda says.
"Not necessarily. What we need is someone with telepathic
abilities. Upon using one of our crystals with this one, it
theoretically should give that person temporary telekinetic
abilities." says UA.
"And the meteor can be floated down to us, right?" Coda
asks.
"Right. Now we need someone to go up on top of the Castle
and do this."
"Yeah, somebody's gotta go up there." Coda says, nodding.
"Yeah, somebody's gotta go up there." Zelda agrees. She
looks to UA who's looking at her. She turns to Coda who
also looks at her.

CHAPTER 4

THE VILE LAIR
UA glares through the telescope.
"The M'krann crystal. I read about it in the X-Men archives
when UA led me there. Now it's here, and they're gonna get
it." He calls up a Vile. "Get Phyllite. Tell her she has
one last chance to prove herself, or face the supreme Vile."
The vile leaves, and UA clenches his teeth.
"I shoulda killed him when I had the chance."

Eme sat in the throne room. Crying and praying for her people. Praying they would be all right.

VILE LAIR
Phyllite comes over to U.A. after a few moments, "You
called?" she looked toward the telescope, "What's
happening?" she asked.

UA picks up the heavy crystal, and leads Zelda to the top
of the castle.
"Ack!" Zelda said, "Hey, I don't know what to do! I think
I'm going to need some instruction..."
"Just relax."says UA. They climb all the way to the top of the
castle. Zleda stands on the center of the roof. UA hands
her the heavy Crystal. She almost falls off, but he
steadies her. He coughs, then clears his throat.
UA instructs Zelda. "This is the hard part. You have to hold up the crystal
above your head, and concentrate. Think of what you want.
Focus all your abilities through the crystal. You can do it
Zleda. The Crystilians are depending on you." She
struggles to hold it up.
"Well...let's start saving the world." Zelda said then shut
her eyes tightly and began to concentrate on moving the
meteor out of the path that was taking it toward
Crystalia.
"Okay, you got it! Now, slow it down." UA says before
coughing again. She concentrates.

The meteor enters the atmosphere, but begins to slow.

"This...is...hurting!" Zelda says.
"Keep going Zel, almost got it." they see the meteor in the
sky. In minutes, it comes in a thousand feet above the
planet, controled only by Zelda.
"Good, just a little closer--" Suddenly, Phyllite appears and
grabs the crystal, and breaks the psionic link. Zelda
falls back, exhausted. UA catches her.
"See you around, chumps!" Phyllite says. UA teleports them
away.
"NO!" UA shouts. "Coda, do an areal sweep. See if you can
find where they pop up. I'll join you as soon as I get
Zelda down to the ground." he nods and flies off. UA
clenches his teeth.
"UA , you're in serious trouble now, 'bro'." UA says.

Coda and T.I.M. fly around looking for Phyllite,
with no luck, soon he finds her ship.
"T.I.M. scan for life froms.."
"NONE SIR"
"Lets land quick'
Opening The hacth he runs in.
"T.I.M. set up hologram thirteen"
"Thirteen? Coda are you sure?"
"Yes T.I.M. and quickly"
Phyllite and UA port up to the ship and stop in mid step..
"Wheres the ship it should be here" yells UA. Instead they see a
bruning house with firemen clowns
trying to put out the flames they look to the top to find a
elephant About to jump out the top window.
as dumbo is about to jump...
thier ship blast off to the great blue sky, with Coda giving
waving to them all the way.
"Coda to UA, Coda to UA do you hear me?"
Coda says trying on the radio.
Coda gets tapped on the shoulder and he jumps.
"I'm right here." he turns to face UA.
"Will you STOP THAT!"
"Sorry." UA takes a look at the ship. He opens a
teleportal in the front of it. "I think this is worth some
crystal storage, no?" He 'ports them out, and the ship is
gone. They face Phyllite.
"Back for more, eh?" Phyllite asks.
"I sure em" UA jumps over Phyllite and socks her in the
head. Coda grabs Phyllite and flips her in the air. UA
swings Phyllite. Phyllite is handed to Coda. Coda slams her into a brick wall.
"Satisfied?" asks UA.
"Oh, yeah!" Coda says.
"Y-yes." Phyllite says before passing out. UA grabs the
crystal and they 'port away.

EPILOUGE
"...So, all ends well. I never found out what happened to
my 'other'. I don't enven know what happen to the Phyllite.
But what I am sure of is that Zelda's telepathic
powers have developed thanks to the crystal, and *COUGH* I
need some Alka-Seltzer. I wonder if they got some Chinese
convienient marts around here. Ultra Avenger out. *CLICK*
