Hi, my name is Leah. I am a junior at the
University of Louisiana at Monroe (formerly known as Northeast Louisiana
University). I am a physical education major. After graduation, I plan
on pursuing a master's degree in sports administration. I hope to one day
be a coach or work in a college athletics department.
Favorite Sports to Play: Softball and Basketball
Favorite Sports to Watch on TV: any kind of women's sports, baseball, college football
Favorite Basketball Teams: The New York Liberty (of course) and the Lady Vols.
Favorite Coach: Pat Summitt is the best women's coach ever. Her book, Reach for the Summitt, is also a great book.
Favorite Women Athletes besides Rebecca: Jennifer Gillom (Phoenix Mercury), Teresa Weatherspoon (New York Liberty), Jamila Wideman (Cleveland Rockers), Chamique Holdsclaw (Washington Mystics), Kellie Jolly Harper (Former Lady Volunteer), Julie Foudy (USA Soccer), Mia Hamm (USA Soccer)
Hobbies: Being a softball groupie, intramural softball and flag football, watching sports, going to movies, hanging with my friends.
