1930 Marquette
Produced in Oshawa Ontario--MODEL>30-30 2 Door Sedan--ENGINE>6 Cylinder-21.3 Cubic Inch 1 Head-67 Horsepower--PRICE>$1000.---General Motors launched the Marquette in 1929 as a junior 'companion' make to Buick, like Pontiac was to Oakland and LaSalle was to Cadillac. Due to the onset of the Depression, the make was quickly dropped with only the 1930 models being made. The Marquette was readily identified by it's herring-bone grille.
