Disgusting 'N Sync fact : Didja know that Lance , the green-eyed blond member of 'N Sync has an awful habit of biting his nails & spitting out the eeky bits ? Or that madhatter Joey joyously burps loud & hard after stuffing his face with scrambled eggs ? Eeuych !
Plesant lads , aren't they , these 'N Sync boys ? If you don't know them by now , ;N Sync are the lesser known 'cousins' of those fabulously famous Backstreet Boys . Formed by BSB's manager , 'N Sync share more than a few similiarities with Nick Carter & Co. : both are five-member boybands who hail from Orlando , Florida , And , following in the footsteps of big brother BSB , 'N Sync are also huegly popular in Europe & gaining a fast following in Asia with their hit 'Tearing Up My Heart' .
What's their story ? It goes something like this : in 1995 , JC met Justin while both working on the Mickey Mouse Club show . The idea to form a vocal group popped into their heads one day & they roped in singer/actor palJoey who , in turn , roped in Chris (they met while working on a film) . Lacking a manly bass voice to contribute to their sound , the foursome sought the help of manager John Wright who snooped around & found Lance !

In Germany . We're in the midts of our Germany-Austria-Switzerland tour . It's like , 10am in the morning . Yawn !
Er ... maybe these questions will wake you up . Can you tell us more about your band ? We know you all sing but do you play any instruments ?
We have a live band , but I play abit of drums & JC plays guitar & keyboards . We'll probably play in our future performances someday . Mostly we just mess around after soundchecks .
Is it true you'e the flirt of the band ?
(Laughs for ages) Uh ... I guess so . Hey , flirting isn't a bad thing . I just like meeting different girls ! If I'm the flirt , then JC is the laid-back one , he's always sleeping ! And Lance is the shy one , Justin's the baby & Chris is crazy ! He's always crackin' us up with his corny jokes !
How do you guys get along ? After all , the youngest is 17 & the oldest 26 ....
We get along great coz Justin's mature for his age & Chris is downright childish ! Ha ha ! When we go out together it's probably be to some amusement park or the bowling alley or a club . It's amazing how much fun we have !
Okay , suppose you all walkied into a store & all spot a really snazzzy shirt at the same time . Who gets it ?
We'll probably pitch in to pay for it . But I'm usually the one who'd spend a bomb on a stinkin' shirt . No problem , I'll share it , the lads can borrow it anytime .
How 'bout the last cookie in the jar ?
(Gets excited) Ooh , now that's different . We'll have to see who saw it first . Or we'll share it out equally . Nobody gets an extra crumb !
And if you broke your manager's vase while playing football , who'd take the blame ?
We'll squeal on the one who's most at fault . Or we'll glue the pieces back so no one would notice . If there's no way out , then we'll all count our pennies & pay for it ! (Breaks into dramatic mock sobs)
We heard you guys are chummy with BSB . There's no competition between 'N Sync & them , is there ?
Absolutely not . We do our stuff & they do theirs . They're great lads . Of course , they're just huge now , so we feel like any other band watching them - very encouraged & raring to have their kind of success . Besides we sometimes go out together .
Do you go to Disneyland with them ?
No , but recently , AJ , Brian & Lance & I went to catcha flick with some otehr friends . Disneyland is a good idea , maybe someday we'll go with the lads . When I first moved to Florida from New York , I went to Disneyland all the time . Then again , I was working there .
Oh yeah ? What did you do ?
I was a werewolf ! I used to perform at Uiversal Studios . Ah hoo ! (Tries to howl unsuccessfully)
Erm ... what's been stuck on your Cd player these days ?
Boyz II Men , mostly . I really dig their music .
How about TV ? Do you know if Ross & Rachel got back together ? Our Friends season ended with a cliff-hanger .
Oh , they broke up ? Shucks , haven't been able to follow it .We hardly watch TV nowadays , because we miss episodes all the time ! Our fave station is MTV . You get it just about everywhere & it's usually in English !
