Fall 2004 Registration

Player Registration forms are available at Littleton Park & Recreation in the Shattuck Street Town Building, or you may download a Fall 2004 Registration Form in Acrobat Reader format ".pdf." Please submit completed forms with payment to the "Town of Littleton" at the Littleton Park & Recreation offices in the Shattuck Street Town Building, (978) 486-3120. You may also mail your completed forms with payment to Littleton Soccer Club, c/o Littleton Park and Recreation, P.O. Box 934, Littleton, MA 01460.

Registration Fees

Registrations for Fall 2004 Littleton Soccer are due with payment at Littleton Park & Recreation starting May 1, 2004. For early registrations received on or before June 30, 2004, the In-Town Team Registration fee is $40, the Traveling Team Registration fee is $45.

For registrations received after June 30, 2004, the In-Town Team Registration Fee is $50, the Traveling Team Registration Fee is $60.

If you are registering more than one child, you may apply a $5 discount to the registration fee for each additional sibling after the first.
