Kulilin is a little bald guy with six dots on his head. Is that a good way to start a character summary? Well, don't underestimate him just because he's little. He's also Gokou's best friend and perhaps the most powerful human in existence. He first appeared as a young monk who came to Kamesennin's island to seek training from the old man. At first, Mutenroshi was reluctant to take in another pupil, until of course Kulilin presented him with a dirty magazine. At that point, Mutenroshi was more than willing to teach him. From then on, Gokou and Kulilin become good friends and went through many adventures together. Kulilin was never quite as great a warrior as his best friend, but he always gave his in battle and never give up until he could no longer fight. After the Cell Game, Kulilin was introduced with a full head of black hair. He also married #18 and they had a child named Maron. He never really fought much in the later part of the series, always being one of the first to get trashed, though he did have his moments.
