Party Potatoes ( make night before) 8 to 10 Potatoes 1 cup sour cream 1 8oz. cream cheese softened 1 tsp. garlic powder Paprika Boil potatoes, drain, mash w/butter (no milk) Beat sour cream, cream cheese & seasoning until light and smooth. Add hot potatoes. Beat until smooth. Spoon into 2 quart casserole, dot with butter & sprinkle with paprika and refrigerate 24 hours before baking. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
