If you would like to send a message to the Career Planner or request information (i.e. a copy of your reenlistment/extension contract, print out of your military test scores, a copy of your fitrep screen..etc.) from the MATSG Career Planner, fill out and send the below form.  This form is intended for use by  personnel attached to MATSG, NAS Pensacola and its subordinate commands.  Request from other persons will be looked at, but a reply is not guaranteed.
