Welcome to the Crime Solver. Have you ever wondered if you have got what it takes to be a detective? Have you ever found yourself either watching a movie or a television show and found that you knew the answer to a mystery all along? Well, now is your chance to find out if you really have got what it takes to solve a crime. This is not a one hour television show folks. Being a detective is not as easy as it seems on television or in the movies. Detectives usually must start with as little information as the victims name. (If they are lucky!) They must build their case from nothing and turn it in to an arrest. This portion of our homepage will introduce you to the crime solver. The crime solver is based on a fictional case which the reader can try and solve over a long period of time. Every week new information on the case will be made availiable to the reader. The current case deals with the dissapearence of Macey Lamar and is currently well into its third week. To make Crime Solver a little more interesting for the reader we are offering the chance for the reader to have his or her own questions answered. Just click on the link below if you have a question and we will answer it in the form of a question and answer period. Also if you have a theory or suspisions as to who commited the crime send them in and we will also respond. just a thing you might want to do is take the radio call of Pierce's and the unidentified message on
purity knight's machine and do an voice analyses on them both if you listen to it very closely the
voices sound very familiar and they possibly are the same person just a theory i thought you might
want to check into.

I am thinking that since they found the car and not one print matched Macy's means she wasn't in
the vehicle!!! 
I also am wondering about the feelings of Tom towards Macy! Her parent's and friends say the
relationship wasn't seriouse! but his interview makes it sound like there was more to it than
anyone knew!

noticed someone running around the parking lot in a sheriff's uniform covered in blood (or at least
being accompanied by another male covered in blood). Why are there no witnesses at the mall?
Secondly, I think surveillance teams need to be posted in Baton Rouge (Phelps' parents), and the
home & workplace of the barmaid (Victoria?) brother in Louisiana
Third, someone please correct me if I am wrong, but I believe the motel manager stated the room
was paid for by Victoria on her credit card, and he saw no one else there, and no car?
However, several other witnesses in the vicinity of the motel were listed as having seen Phelps
walking around with a bandage on his head, can we speak with any of them?
I think that we must find Victoria and/or Pierce in order to locate Macy.
 

Response:1-No witnesses at the mall. It is assumed she went willingly.
2-The New Orleans area is being canvassed. Pierce's description is with all officers in that area.
3-Pierce's girlfriend, paid for the room with cash late in the evening of Sept. 21. No one else was
seen.

I must have missed something... where does it say that Macy's purse and some other personal
belongings were found in a trash can at the mall? Also, the link between Phelps and Macy was
her library card that they found in Phelps' duffel bag. That gives us one down, but now where's
Pierce, since (assuming they were together) they obviously had Macy, and since she's still
missing, it's assumed that Pierce has her with him. And who's John Albee? I saw his name
mentioned somewhere, but it didn't say who he was or why anyone was talking about him.
