Agent 66 is one of the top agents at CONTROL, sharing the title with both Smart twins. She is the 2nd femme fatale in TS, dispatching KAOS agents with a deadly kiss. Like Maxine, 66 is also a weapons expert and a black belt. Though 66 is her agent number and what she usually goes by, she is called Tracie by both Zach and Max. 66 is the daughter of a former CIA man and the sister of an FBI agent, so the decision to become a spy was really rather easy, despite protests from her father and brother. 66 is close to Agent 99, treating her as a suragate mother, after her own mother passed away when she was a child. 66 is well aware of Zach's affection for her and she can't help but be attracted to him as well. But her view is that they are business partners and friends and no matter how many times Zach tells the story of his parents' romance, she can only see that anything more than a friednship would jeopardize their working relationship.
