Conrad Sigfried, Jr. is the new head of KAOS. He is the only son of KAOS villain, Conrad Von Sigfried. As the new head of KAOS, Junior's first act would like to be kill both Maxwell and Zachary Smart, but unfortunately for him, that goal has to be overshadowed by all the dirty dealings he does. Being the son of a highly decorated and very famous arch-villain is very hard on Junior. Whatever underhanded, corrupted, ruthless, backstabbing(I think you get the point) thing he does, it HAS to better than anything his father ever did. The majority of KAOS AND CONTROL feel Junior is someone to just looking over the place while his father is in retirement. With hearing this, Junior's resentment of his father grows and he gets even more devious in his planning. Everyone in Team Smart is an enemy to Junior and KAOS, but special attention is made toward Maxine Smart. In the epiosde, "Redemption of a Spy", Junior 'supposedly' falls in love with Max, but it's discovered it was just an evil plan to gain secrets from her. Even though he denies any involvement with Max, in later stories when he's featured, the attraction to her is noticable. Knowing that nothing will ever become of their 'romance', Max is actually the first girl Junior's ever loved.
