The ever stupid sidekick of Conrad Von Sigfried, Shtarker didn't retire like his partner. Instead, when Sigfried's son, Conrad, Jr. became the new head of KAOS, Shtarker decided to give his god-son all the help he had given his father. Junior, ever gratefull to his second mentor, did notice how stupid his uncle could be at times, even saying "In all the idiocy of the world, CONTROL gets Maxwell Smart and we get Shtarker." Even in his odd state of mind, Shtarker proves to be the worthy adversary for KAOS. He is part of the braun section at KAOS and can still dish out his share of violence and disorder. Still true to his oath of KAOS, Shtarker will not rest until each and everyone of Maxwell Smart's family and the members of Team Smart are destroyed and KAOS rules the world!
