The HTML fragment is so that other people can take a look at the webring
sites, and is necessary to have if you want to join the queue/ring.
You can get it in 2 ways.

1. Go to the link at this page and copy and paste it onto your
homepage then CUSTOMIZE it.  

2.  When I add your site to the queue/ring, go EDIT your site info, 
and the HTML fragment will be there to copy & paste.

But actually, the 2nd one won't work cause I'm not adding your site
to the ring until you put the HTML fragment on your home page.

When you PASTE the fragment onto your homepage, there will be areas in the HTML that say YOUR_ID or YOUR_NAME or YOUR_E-MAIL in those areas, do exactly what it says. When you join you will get an e-mail telling you your password, URL, etc. etc. They will also tell you your SITE ID number that you will put in everytime you see YOUR_ID. Fill in your complete e-mail address for YOUR_E-MAIL and your screen name or internet name or whatever for YOUR_NAME. Everything else is done for you. DO NOT customize ANYTHING OTHER THAN your name, e-mail address, & your site ID. Don't change the images or the format. LEAVE IT ALONE. If this rule is violated, you will be removed from the ring/queue. Below are the links to the 3 different HTML fragments. The 1st one is the one on my homepage. The 2nd one is the 2nd one on my homepage, etc.
