In Memory of Angel Lena McNatt

From the day I brought you to our home,
you filled our lives with a joy that was beyond words.
I got you when you were only 2 days old. You were more
than just our pet, you were my baby
and I was the only mommy you had ever known.
Although our time together was short,
we couldn’t have loved you more if we had been together
for a hundred years.
I am so sorry for what had to happen.
I hope you forgive me.
There are no words to explain the emptiness
that we feel in our hearts right now -
you have left a hole in our lives that is too big to fill.
We pray you are happy.
And I yearn for the day we will be together again.
We miss you more than words can say
and will think of you always, our sweet Angel baby.
