LAS VEGAS
Women who suck
their cigarettes
as though they were
giving their
hatred head
UPON MOVING INTO MY VAN
Joy, Pure Joy. I am
What I always wanted
to grow up and be
Things are becomming
more of a dream with
each waking day-
The heavy brows of Daily Life
are being encrusted
with glitter and shaking finger
of consequence is
beginning to giggle
Grumpy old men
have wings
Bums sport halos
and everyday dullness
has begun breathe
as I remembered the
incredible lightness
of living
There is a pretty girl
on the
Face
of the magazines
And
all I see
is my dirty
hands
turning the page
Little breasts attached to
skinny ribs and hungry bellies
determined leg;
persuasive swing
careful hands
she stands
a greater threat to herself
than the cigarette
she consumes
Sea Breeze in the Bay
There is a breeze that blows in the bay
it has the strength of a thousand men
and I must say
it blows towards the sea
it tries to get away
it knows of the danger
it doesn't want to stay
the breeze flows softly
this I know is true
when I see the rolling waves
it makes me think of you
a lone girl walks along the beach
flowers in her hair
a lone girl turns towards the water
Sarrow is in the air
The breeze blows softly on the shore
it steals but one flower
then takes one more
a lone girl stands in the waves
they lap at her knees
her hair floats beautiflully
on the breeze
one more glance-
the girl is gone
where did she go?
She just moved on....

what’s that?
over there?
looks like something in the air!
Flying high,
it’s dipping low!
i think that it’s a U.F.O!
what will we all do
if the world fell apart tomorrow?
what would we all do
if the world was under attack?
how could we just know
how could we fight back?
the odds are way against us!
the odds are pretty bad.
but what if they come in peace?
but what if the come in war?
i guess we’ll have to wait and see
