It can be assumed that the amount of time devoted to each Israeli singer is proportional to his or her popularity. The following is a list of radio time given to Israeli performers on Kol Yisrael and Galei Zahal, the major Israeli government radio stations in Israel, during 1996. Not included is radio time for the performers on Israel's many new local radio stations.
