Applesauce Spice Cookies

1 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. margarine
Mix together

Add:
1 egg, beaten
1 c. applesauce
1/2 c. quick oatmeal
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. chopped cloves
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix well and drop by tsp. onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
