In large bowl, combine all ingredients; toss gently. Store in tightly
covered container.
Quicky Fruit Cobbler-Pudding or Quicky Upside Down Pudding
1 cube margarine (1/2 cup)
1 cup flour
3/4 cup milk
2/3 cup white sugar
whipped cream or ice cream for topping if desired
3/4 cup white sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 can sour pie cherries
1 tsp. vanilla
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Put margarine in bottom of 9x13 pan and place in oven to melt while you prepare the rest of the recipe. Watch careflilly - just melt and remove. Mix together in small bowl: 3/4 cup sugar, flour, baking powder and milk. After this mixture is thoroughly mixed together, spoon over the melted margarine.
DO NOT STIR
To save dishes, use same small bowl to mix together the cherries (juice and all) with 2/3 cup sugar. Add vanilla flavoring. Spoon this fruit mixture over the batter.

Bake for 1 hour. Serve plain or with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
Note: you can also use canned apples, peaches or berries - adjust the sugar to taste. You might also use almond flavoring with the canned peaches.
