Crock Pot Roast

3 lb. boneless roast
3 carrots, cut into 2 inch pieces
2 onions, quartered
3 potatoes, cut into quarters
1 cup beef broth
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. Greek Seasoning
  1. Place roast into crock pot
  2. Add carrots around edges so they go to bottom of pot
  3. Add potatoes & onions
  4. Mix together broth and seasonings and add to crock pot
  5. Cook 10 hour on low heat or 6 hours on high heat
