MEDITERRANEAN GREEK SALAD
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
- 1 teaspoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- 1 teaspoon Lawry's Garlic Powder with Parsley
- 3 medium cucumbers, peeled and chopped
- 3 to 4 medium tomatoes, cored & coarsely chopped
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup (4 oz.) crumbled feta cheese
- 1 can (6 oz.) Greek olives, pitted OR 1 can (6 oz.) pitted
ripe olives
In sealable container, combine first five ingredients; cover
and shake until blended. Set aside. In medium bowl, combine cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, cheese and olives. Pour on dressing. Chill 30 minutes.
VARIATION: Toss into 2 cups torn romaine lettuce.
