Wilmer Valderrama is truly living the American dream. It seems like just
yesterday that Valderrama, who moved to Los Angeles from Venezuela with
his family only four years ago, was the new kid who barely spoke a word of
English. Now he's portraying Fez, a character similar to himself back then,
only this time he's on TV.
Fairly new to the entertainment industry, Valderrama recently made his
television debut in Disney's "Omba Makomba" and has also been featured
in commercials for Pacific Bell.
Valderrama is actively involved in his high school's theater program and has
performed in numerous plays including "Rumors," "And Never Been Kissed"
and "The Impossible Years." He continues to study with the Taft High
School Drama Department.
An avid sports fan, Valderrama spends his spare time playing soccer and
basketball. He also enjoys playing chess. He currently lives with his family
in a suburb of Los Angeles.
