Debra    Jo    Rupp

Debra Jo Rupp was raised in Boston, Massachusetts. After moving to New York City, she began to work in theater, television and film.

Rupp has been featured in numerous television shows including roles on NBC's hit series "Friends" (recurring as Phoebe's sister-in-law), "Seinfeld" (recurring as Jerry's ditsy booking agent), "Caroline In The City" and "ER." Additionally, she appeared in the Emmy nominated HBO series "From the Earth to the Moon"(episode directed by Sally Field entitled "First Wives Club."). Rupp has also starred in such telefilms as "The Invaders," "In The Line of Duty-Ambush in Waco," and "A Woman Scorned: The Betty Broderick Story."

Her feature film credits include Penny Marshall's "Big" with Tom Hanks, Bob Zemeckis' "Death Becomes Her" with Goldie Hawn, Meryl Streep and Bruce Willis and "Sergeant Bilko" with Steve Martin. Rupp's theatrical credits include the Broadway hit "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof" portraying "Mae" with Kathleen Turner and directed by Howard Davies. Off-Broadway she has performed in "Frankie and Johnny" and "A Girl's Guide To Chaos" which showcased her comic ingenuity and initially brought her out to Los Angeles.

She will bring her acting finesse to THAT '70s SHOW by playing the endearing role of Kitty Foreman, typical '70s woman. Rupp currently lives in Los Angeles with her two dogs.
